By embracing the move toward performance-based funding and contracting, our products and services are concentrated on helping nonprofits demonstrate their value and help them to achieve their mission. Most foundations, states, and federal agencies, now look to support only those agencies that can demonstrate the value of their organization.
At Project People, LLC we are a do the critical back-end work nonprofits don’t typically have the time or resources to do such as:

In order to survive in an increasingly competitive fundraising environment, nonprofit organizations must operate with a traditionally profit oriented mindset toward efficiency and effectiveness. While helping nonprofits raise money is crucially important, we will also help nonprofits adopt an operational plan that maximizes their existing resources.
We do not offer standard “one-size-fits-all” services; instead we listen carefully to the concerns of our clients and tailor services specific to their needs. We design proposals focused on client requirements, including our qualifications and cost estimates by phase and task.
We never offer services we are not qualified to offer nor will we be mischievous in our pricing. To ensure the quality of our work, we evaluate the services we provide.
